We are dedicated to providing comprehensive advice in wealth preservation, inheritance design, legacy planning, charitable planning, business succession,and other estate planning approaches. Our goal is to protect your estate, not just draft a document that sits on your shelf gathering dust for the next 10 years.

How do you bill for your services?
We never bill hourly fees. All our work is done on a flat-fee basis, meaning you know exactly how much it will cost before you hire us. We don't like surprises and neither do our clients.
We have estate planning solutions for every budget.
How do you respond to my family's needs?
A common frustration about lawyers is the reality that many don't return phone calls or finish a project on time. This usually happens because the lawyer is understaffed and has too much to do. Our office is staffed with plenty of help to make sure we stay in contact. Also, we provide you with a detailed completion time-line when you hire us. If an attorney is not available when you call, we schedule a time with you for a return call before you hang up.
How Does Our Estate Plan Stay Current?
The biggest estate planning mistake we've seen over the years is the practice of "finishing" an estate plan and then leaving it unattended for years on end.
We proactively schedule trust reviews at least every three years with all our clients. At this time, we make any minor needed changes to the documents free of charge. For clients who have also hired Jamestown Capital Group LLC for money management services, our plan update meetings are held every year
